Mary is responsible for leading JLL’s Human Resources team. She partners with the company’s businesses to acquire, develop, engage and reward employees, striving to make JLL the best place for talented people to build their careers.
Mary’s career in global human resources spans several decades. While earning her master’s degree in industrial relations in human resources from Loyola University Chicago, she joined Household International--which later became HSBC--in 1987. She went on to hold several leadership roles in HSBC's London headquarters before taking over as Head of Human Resources for HSBC USA in 2012.
Based in Chicago, Mary leads a team of professionals that deliver thought partnership, problem solving and tactical support to help drive JLL’s business goals and priorities. She also manages JLL’s corporate offices, with a focus on creating spaces that promote engagement, collaboration and well-being.
Outside of JLL, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She likes boating and entertaining.

Scott is responsible for real estate, facilities, project management and workplace strategy for approximately 2 million square feet of U.S. office portfolio. He recently completed McDonald’s Global and U.S. Headquarters relocation from Oakbrook, IL to a newly developed 500,000-square-foot office in the West Loop neighborhood of downtown Chicago. The new HQ features an integration of activity-based workspace with some of the latest thinking in smart building and IoT technology.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in the School of Architecture, where he currently serves as guest lecturer.

Through his career, Edward has a history of delivering substantial cost savings through innovative program design, operational change, and process improvement efforts.
Edward has worked for General Motors, Electrolux, Hewlett-Packard, Toyota, and Walmart before joining Walgreens in February 2017. Edward received his BA in Human Resources Management from The University of Spring Arbor in Spring Arbor, Michigan.
